"Great location and rooms"

"Not great. Two room bookings were made, both costing exactly the same but one was much bigger than the other which meant a very small double bed was all that we had to sleep in. This wasn’t helped with the room having the heating on and not able to be we turned off, the shrug and a pointed finger at the weather was the only communication from a staff member. We opened a window but the noise from the railway line next to the hotel meant for a restless night. The bathroom light also didn’t work, the kettle was not able to be plugged in on the desk (I had to use the bathroom plug and rest the kettle on the sink!) The breakfast was ok, fresh fruit yogurt and typical continental cold meat and cheese but no cooked eggs etc. The coffee wasn’t great either. The staff, even though not able or willing to help with room problems, were polite and apologetic. "

"Breakfast super affordable, good location just outside the city so it’s walkable to see the sights. Big beds (perhaps slightly too big for the room) but overall a very pleasant and affordable stay!"
