"The cabin was very charming, nicely decorated and very clean. The neighboring cabins were kind of close and a few cabins down, they ran chain saws all day. I enjoyed watching the loons, eagles and a baby otter on the lake. Hope the little guy survives the eagles. All is all, a very nice week."

"We enjoyed our stay. We were only there in the evenings we had campfire each night and at one one night the manager called to let us know that the northern lights were hitting and we jumped in the car, went about a mile away, and got fabulous pictures of the northern lights overall it was perfect. It was right in the middle of where we wanted to go. Rock hounding, and waterfall chasing. We would do it again."

"My husband, two boys and I stayed at the cabin as a half way pitstop on our journey through the UP. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The kitchen had all of the tools needed to cook our meals and there were games to play and a TV to watch as we settled into the evening. "Very nice place. Enjoyed our visit. I will say that there needs be instructions for the tv. None of the remotes seem to work. Maybe it was user error but? Would be nice to have a dish rack and a bath mat. Those are very trivial. The view and everything else was super and we would definitely stay there again. Probably for more than just a few days.
