I stayed here with my mom for her birthday and a week of skiing. The location was perfect and there were free busses to get to the resort and around town. Also Uber is available as a taxi service.
The apartment was adorable, however, there were stains on the duvet cover, there was no toilet paper in either bathroom upon arrival (the host did come by to fix the internet which had self-remedied and was informed & he brought some by), the kitchen faucet was very loose which wasn’t a big deal, but should be fixed and lastly, the upstairs neighbors stomp and are loud from 5:30am-11pm daily. That was beyond irritating as their loudness interrupted everything: sleep, movies & simple conversations (bring your ear plugs for sleeping).
The beds were very comfortable and the water was always hot.
Condo is as pictured but it is small- I can't see more than 4 staying there. The couch is very hard and I wouldn't sleep on it. As others said, it is bottom unit and the neighbors above were noisy. You can hear them walking. The condo complex is old and the hot tubs are small and were always full. It is close to the bus stop as stated which was nice. Gas fireplace is a plus.
Our check in was rocky- despite the "no pets" there was pet hair all over the sofa and rug. When we called we found out there had been guests prior to us with service animals. They did send out the cleaners again day 2 of our stay. My husband is allergic so the first night was rough.
It is very cute and appears updated, but I think the upkeep is lacking or they used very inexpensive fixtures, furniture during remodel. The bathtub doesn't drain well bc the stopper won't stay up. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't open- I just put soap on bottom to run. The kitchen faucet is loose. The welcome book promised supplies that were not there. The local property manager did deliver them (coffee filters that were the right size, laundry detergent) when I asked. They ask the guests to use black face clothes but none are supplied- only white towels.
They are going for instagram worthy but someone is dropping the ball for the 5 star review.

Perfect stay from start to finish!
This condo is absolutely perfect for a Steamboat getaway. Located right near the ski resort and only about a 5-minute drive to downtown Steamboat where there was so much to do. We visited during the fall so we took some recommendations from some locals to drive up to Buffalo Pass to do some offroading and hiking & it was gorgeous! Also very close to the Condo!
The Condo was immaculately clean, stocked with everything we needed, had great recommendations for things to do and how to get around Steamboat. The hosts really thought of everything here. 10/10 will be back again this winter for a ski trip!
We were able to check-in without stopping anywhere else prior and lock/unlock with a personal code. Condo is decorated well and has a cool vibe. Very clean and well appointed with one exception.. we couldn't watch news/regular tv on the Apple TV.. just apps.. not really a big deal. Small kitchen with everything you could need. Short walk to free bus and bus schedule is available at bus stop and online. Having stayed at two other Steamboat condos, we did miss the free shuttle that we could call for rides to/from our units to/from anywhere, as well as ski in/ski out.. but the bus pretty much got us where we needed to go and the ride to the mountain is only a few minutes. This was a very last minute trip and the price was doubled, so we paid on-mountain rates, but I guess that's our fault. We paid on-mountain pricing and although I wouldn't do that again, it's definitely worth the normal nightly rate. The complex has two hot tubs, but they were a little far for us to trek in the cold. Parking is available close to units if you drive yourself. Only issue during our stay was not enough toilet paper in the unit, but I called and left voice mail and they brought more the next morning, so crisis quickly averted. Thank you.
Great unit for our family ski holiday. 15 minute walk to the ski lifts and the bus stop is right outside the complex.
The unit has been recently redecorated and the kitchen was well supplied. Beds were very comfortable and heating worked very well. The property manager and owner were responsive to our requests. We found it easier to store skiis in the storage on the mountain. Overall great place for a family of 4.
