They were two ladies at the concierge (front desk) that worked in the morning of April 5 2026, they were wonderful and professional. The bartender at night, a gentleman I think his name Oscar or Albert. He’s amazing he worked that weekend from April 3-5."

"Hotel is well located 3 minutes walk to the main Krakow Glowny train station and 10 minutes walk to the main cathedral square. Staff were welcoming, helpful, warm and friendly. Luggage storage facility was very useful. The breakfast staff were very efficient and the food well prepared. Having a small fridge and a kettle in our room was very useful. The air conditioning in our room worked well if needed and the bed was king size and very comfortable. Would recommend to stay here and excellent value for money."
