There was no outdoor privacy screen between our villas so could see and hear them sitting there on the outdoor furniture in the morning working, coughing etc. would be even worse if you had inconsiderate neighbours who might stay out there late into the evening. "The duty manager was really friendly and we had a lovely quiet 3 night stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. The gas heater was awesome and we were very toasty over a cold winter weekend. I love that it’s a eco friendly resort. The only negative thing was no wifi in the rooms. This isn’t clear on the website. Mobile reception was a bit patchy too so it was difficult to get any work done."

It has a that kind of rustic charm in appearance you would expect in a French Villa..... a little tarnish but with loads of character and so total perfection is not necessary. The owner was lovely, very accommodating when I asked for a foldout bed and a late check out. When in the Hunter Valley I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends."
