"Great hotel in a perfect area of Innsbruck. The staff was excellent and very helpful in the bar and restaurant we're very good. I had the best pork schnitzel of my trip at the restaurant so I highly recommend if you eat at the restaurant to get it. My wife got the goulash and it was fantastic. Highly recommend staying at this hotel for your visit"

"For late check-in, I could easily get the key by giving me the password through e-mail even if there was no staff. The facility was older than I thought, and the drain of the shower booth was clogged up and it was inconvenient because water could not escape well. There was no hairdryer in the room. The rest were fine."

"Very clean room - full credit to the housekeeping team. Close to tram station - only a few steps. Very good breakfast too. Would be better if there were options for those who do not eat pork. Overall, 5* quality. "

"An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the cable car and with beautiful centre of Garmisch just around the corner. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the family of three. The room was very well equipped, including free beverage in the fridge (Arolser beer was a particularly good one), Nespresso machine as well as slippers and bathrobes. Selection of food for breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent and delicious - bravo to Chef! The only ideas for improvement are to update the pool area and to reduce the waiting time at the dinner in days of set menu. I would be happy to come back again!"

"Very clean bed/bathroom. It was cold outside but the room was nice and cozy. Pillows were a bit soft and flat, But the reception quickly sorted that out and delivered more to our door. Larger than normal fridge, which was a plus."
