Completely renovated 3,500 Square Foot modern ranch on 2 secluded acres complete with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and huge finished basement. There are 2 Master Suites, each suite has a king bed, TV, walk in closets and private luxurious soaking tub. 3 remaining bedrooms have 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. Finished Basement (additional 2,000 square feet of finished living space) has Billiard size Pool table, Life-Fitness elliptical and stationary bike, TV with X-box and Wii plus additional daybed with trundle - sleeps 2. Located approximately 4 miles to Burying Hill Beach, 5 miles to Compo Beach and Long Shore Golf and Pool Club, 1 mile to Stop and Shop, 3.5 miles to downtown Westport - shopping, restaurants, library, etc. Accessible from the Greens Farms Train Station on the Metro North, 40 miles from Grand Central.
In 2021, we completed a large renovation that added a 3 car garage, and 900 square foot master suite complete with Gas Fireplace, separate heating/cooling, very large master bath with custom shower, and large soaking tub. Enjoy complete seclusion in a luxurious and modern home with all the elegant details to make you feel like you are truly going on a luxury vacation this summer.
