"Our room was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful. When we had a concern it was addressed immediately (a heater failed to come on in our room and the bedside clock was not working). A late night trip to the hotel bar for some decaf coffee was met with a smile, a quick brew of a fresh pot and no charge!"
