"If you’re just after a good clean & safe space to lay your head this fits the bill. The staff are lovely & friendly but don’t expect any food service or accessible drinks etc. whilst an incredibly lovely building there is very little going on there. "

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel has plenty of communal areas to enjoy sitting in or outside as well there are lovely gardens to sit in. "

" Our first visit to Harrogate. Came to see our grandsons passing out parade, at the army barracks Had a great stay at doubletree. Was given a great room. Swimming pool and spa was excellent. Perfect for visiting Harrogate.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The only bad thing was the car parking charge .
Would like to return, but not sure we want to pay the car park charge."
