"Shower had was broken,phone in room dont work.i call recaption from my phone,they answer the phone and didnt talk....staff unfriendly,rude.breakfast from 7 till 9.we came at 08:50.dining room was empty ! They took everything !!! Nuthing was there ,when we ask why ? They smile..."

"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very pleasant, offering a wide selection of fresh products. A sauna and swimming pool were also included. The only minor issue was that the pillows were not particularly comfortable; otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay."

"The Hotel is not far from Warsaw city center, you can have a nice walk to get there. Room Ok, quite comfortable and clean."

"It’s a dump. Rooms are not maintained. Just the basic. Should not have the name hotel attached to the name. Think it is a front. Like a scene from a movie. Slump. Mole , grime and absolutely not maintained. Only good thing is it is in a developing neighborhood. Praying for an alternative solution for the near future"
