The owners Are very kind people and available on the phone easily Extremely clean and confortable as always in Poland and super nice bistro downstairs with lovely staff Very confortable bed and quiet aera Will come back, true luxury

There was no communication from the property so when I arrived there was no one to help me. I had to call the number for instructions to check in which isn’t great. The toilet was not cleaned it was stained with urine and poo. The shower cubicle was mouldy. The bedroom and the furnishing and the kitchen supplies were ok. The room was fine for one person. The location is handy for anything around Wilanow.

Very nice process & apartments. A bit on the pricey side for this type of service but understandable. Everything was quite intuitive once explained via e-mail, though most of the staff don't really seem to want to be helpful, overall it is a much better choice than actual hotels for this area in my opinion.

Die Unterkunft liegt hinter dem Hauptgebäude, zum Frühstück gehst du in das Hauptgebäude. Frühstücksauswahl ist begrenzt aber total ausreichend.

Arrivée un peu laborieuse car pas de réception et un mail non reçu mais la situation a été résolue par téléphone. Très bien pour le reste, appartement grand et confortable, laverie en libre service, bon petit-déjeuner dans l’hôtel voisin et parking (payant) sur place.
