"Everything was just perfect from the assistant that helped us with our bags, the concierge , the restaurant staff . The concierge went out of their way to accompany me to the concert hall to get tickets for mum in a wheelchair . The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage. I intend to go back in early June and without hesitation will be right back at the Westin again . Many thanks for the excellent service . "

"Very central hotel, nice area with good restaurants close by. Staff was not the friendliest and room keeping did not pay attention to the DND sign but apart from that, room was good bed very comfy. "

"our room had a floor to ceiling window plus a smaller one that you could open to get fresh air . it was a good size , did not feel crowded . elevators were prompt and fast . close to subway station. 15 minute walk to city hall . would stay here again. "

"This hotel was a lovely option near the river. There are loads of dining and drinking options nearby. The room was lovely and the view, amazing! We didn't opt for breakfast but the sushi made to order was outstanding!!! The roof top bar on level 20 is wonderful for an evening cocktail and hotel guests are given a priority are. "
