This condo (unit 2205, on the 2nd floor) has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a charming one king bedroom, one bath with a bonus sleeper sofa; fully furnished unit that features a large bedroom, kitchen, and living area, with private porch and balcony, wifi and cable provided with flat screen TVs in both living and bedroom.

400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Photos are representative of the unit - all units are furnished and decorated the same.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Perfect 1 bedroom for a stay near the Pier Village on St Simons. 1 block of the main drag, close to all of the shops and restaurants....very walkable. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back. Unit is always clean, easy to access, plenty of parking.Only request I have - same as last year - is that the window blinds in bedroom are changed out - they don't block all of the light. This is a VERY minor thing, the unit is fantastic.

Great 1 bed property. Very clean. Steps to the pier. Only recommendation is a better shade for bedroom as there is a lot of light that gets in with the current shading system. Still a 5-star property.

Overall our stay was good once the air was working. There were a few small issues that you could tell had not been fixed prior, including broken dish washer and badly stained chair. Our main complaint was the AC didn’t work for two days. The management was prompt to answer our messages and get someone out the day after the holiday. We just felt that we should have been compensated somehow for staying in a room that felt to be the same temperature as it was outside.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay (over Thanksgiving) and would certainly return in the future. The view from the balcony faces the pool. The condo was very clean, very close to shopping and Alex was prompt and professional from the time we rented until the time we left. The kitchen was nicely stocked with just about everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The king bed was firm and comfortable. With regard to some things that could of been better… The shower water pressure was extremely low - very very very low!!! The vertical blinds were missing some blinds in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom needs blackout shades as the pool light is on all night and the room stays lit up and always feels like 7:00AM… This is a gated community and although vehicles need a passcode to enter, pedestrians can walk right in the gates and into the main buildings with no codes… We walked (3 minutes) to shopping/dinner in the evening - very convenient… but the surrounding area next to the pedestrian entry gates is very - very dark. Would recommend some type of lighting for this area. Again, this was really a great little place and we would not hesitate to stay here in the future. It could be an outstanding rental with just a few improvements.

Perfect location less than a block from the main street and probably 20 restaurants of which 95% are pet friendly. 3 blocks from the pier and lighthouse. Would move in and live in the condo. Everything you need. Will be back for sure. Also excellent communication from Alex when we had a question.
