"Check in was very smooth and the front desk representative was very nice and friendly. Valet service is a nice perk until the valet was nowhere to be found, and the front desk representative had to go find him to give access to our car keys. The room was very clean and exceeded expectations- the pictures do not do it justice; was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip in Florida."
