Amazing waterfront condominium at Boca Ciega Resort

Welcome to enjoy your vacation in this lovely place. This is a one-room condo which has the perfect size for family, couple or even your own. The condo is on the 4th floor which is the highest floor in this building. Luckily, you get the best view and less noise. You can have a commanding view of blue sea anytime you like. All the facility in this condo is new. We could prepare cooking utensil if you want to cook. Enjoy the screened in porch while listening to nature and watching sunsets.
This resort maybe is not that famous. But if you want to have a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, this is definitely the first choice for you. The condo is very close to shopping mall and restaurant and also convenient to get St. Petersburg, Tampa and Madeira Beaches, and John’s Pass Village.
The resort also provides the nice outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, private pier.
We'll provide a new TV and wonderful bedding as it didn't show in the pictures.

Overall, a nice efficiency condo with a nice view of the bay. The bathroom could have been better stocked and the kitchen could use newer dishes and cookware. Overall it was clean and tidy, a very convenient location and the Boca Ceiga Resort is on the bay with great water views. The resort has a nice pool area as well. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet & nice location

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy. There were no exit instructions, so we did what we usually do-- pulling the linens, doing dishes, and taking out trash. Slept well as the building was quiet. This location was also very close to our daughters residence. Doc Fords restaurant was right across the parking lot too. Very convenient.

Boca Ciega Resort

The condo was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great. This is not the owner's fault but it wasn't quiet because so close to the highway. The view was excellent and I highly recommend this place for a vacation rental.

Our condo was very clean and well kept. The only unfortunate thing was that Hurricane Helene had knocked out the elevator which at times made it difficult going up and down since we were on the fourth floor.

Shower woes

The shower was poor. Very little water out of shower head. Almost nothing. Could not enjoy the balcony due to traffic sounds.would have been goo to note that in the listing. Comfortable bed.The TV in bedroom needs to be set up so you can actually see the TV. It is too low.

Very nice stay

This unit met our needs perfectly. The complex is close to a lot, so we were able to get to our places of interest quickly. There is a lot of traffic noise, but with the door wall closed, it was fine. The location of the unit within the building might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues, but it was fine for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and communication was excellent if we had questions. We have already reserved again for next year.

My stay

Let's start with the kitchen. Not much storage space for food etc.. had to use the counter tops. Bathroom, the tub bottom was very black to grey and my wife scrubbed it and it helped a little. The water coming out of the shower was a trickle at best. The bedroom and bed were nice. No instructions on how to connect to the internet. The balcony is nice but vrbo failed to mention that it is on a very busy road. No vacuum but had a broom and dust pan. Great view for balcony. Filter in the A C unit should have been changed a long time ago. vrbo should look at property once in a while.

Amazing view, 5 minutes from beach!

The condo has an amazing view over looking the bay side, although next to a bridge it was still quite peaceful to sit on the patio to watch the sun rise/set. The bed was a full size for two people, so naturally my kiddo didn't sleep in the bed with me. There is a sofa that doubles as a "sofa bed" and this is my least favorite thing about the place, and they only negative thing I can say; it was uncomfortable to sit on as a couch and as a bed, NOPE. Other than that, the value of what I paid for exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book here again and recommend to others. Host communication was also amazing. He responded in a timely manner within ten minutes or less and so pleasant to work with.

Better than a hotel…probably

Probably 3.5-3.75 stars in my honest opinion. We’re seasoned travelers and this condo was just lacking in a few areas. Some things in poor repair like the living room blinds. The kitchen had no dishes or cookware to speak of either. The bedroom window has a bright light just outside so it’s like sleeping with the lights on. I’d suggest some black out shades. Some beach towels would be a great touch for the pool and hot tub. The biggest issue is the traffic noise. This unit sits just next to and above a busy highway bridge and it’s a constant loud sound that makes enjoying the balcony almost impossible. The owner was great with communicating however so I rounded my stars up.

I love this place!

Always enjoy Boca Ciega Resort stays! This hosts condo was clean, well decorated and host communicated well. Love the location between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Will be back again!
