Loved the renovations. The carpets have been replaced with commercial LVP and it gives a more contemporary look as well as a cleaner feel. Rooms have been updated with newer furnishings/paint/wallpaper, beds were super comfortable. Very reasonably priced!

The bed was comfortable and I liked the duvet. The pool didn’t look too inviting. The water was green. On our first day a dog was barking from 4:00pm until 10:00 pm. I have never seen so many dogs in a hotel. There are only two carts for the luggage and neither one was returned promptly. The elevator was out of order for a day and a half.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful . One of the maids even helped my wife carry her bags down the steps without out being asked and with no hesitation due to the elevator being out of order we greatly appreciated that

it was but it was nice for the price. I like the fact that you could walk right across the street to the beach. It was clean. I liked my little balcony outside. I mean the furniture was a little beat up Could use a remodel, but it was clean. The sheets were clean and what else could I ask for?

Pros: literally right across the street from the beach. The staff are AMAZING! So nice and helpful. The view if you get a beach view is very peaceful. Cons: It is a little run down and there was mold (like lots of it) all over the bathroom. I had a very bad flare up as a result of staying there, despite just staying a couple of days

Start with a giant bug in my room and they moved me rooms. I have a video about my next room. There was a barking dog and it was super loud upstairs the water pressure in the showers or mediocre at best. The towels felt like you were drying yourself with sandpaper. This is my second stay at this hotel in the last month and the experience was totally different! I don’t think I’ll be staying again.

I can start with a giant bug in my room that I have a video. And I can move onto how the shower is mediocre! And how the towels were like you’re drying with sandpaper. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. And the experiences were totally different.

The property was well maintained, convenient location across the street from the beach and right on the Canal. They supplied free coffee, and condiments with access to a toaster and water cooler. That was ideal since we had a decent sized studio with 2 double beds. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great accommodations for anyone including families. The pool was very nice as well

This place is dirty and worn down there's people outside smoking pot all the time they're shady characters walking around in the parking lot at night and during the day. The employees and the property manager have a game to see who can get the most vehicles towed off the property. It would be a perfect property for a group of teenagers to go party for the weekend but don't care about how clean it is.

Stayed 4 nights - enjoyed the pool & hot tub. While there were several trivial maintenance issues, I thought it to be very convenient to dining, attractions & the beach (directly across the street). The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. Would stay there again.

Terrible experience, never back again. My car was towed from the hotel parking lot. Don’t care about the guests. Towels look like they used thousands times.

This hotel was clean, smelled nice, was right near the beach, had very comfortable beds, and had incredibly friendly staff. On top of all that the price was cheaper than it should've been. Well done!!!

Room was cleaned on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub could be skimmed more. Litter on grounds could have been maintained better. Great location to walking Treasure Island.

Location is excellent and within walking to beaches, stores and dining. The staff were easily accessible and friendly. Cleaning staff and front desk staff, Tiffany were amazing. Our only issue was the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, but we could smell it in the halls. There were some guests smoking in the pool, so we did not use the pool, unfortunately.

We really enjoyed our week stay here.Pictures online don’t do this place justice.It’s a lot nicer then the pics show.We thought it was more apt/condo feel but no it’s a little cute costal resort feel with a really nice lobby area.Free coffee and water avail 24/7.Free keurig coffee pods everyday in your room.The grounds are clean with pool and hot tub.A sidewalk for you to stroll around the property and check out the marina on the other side of building.We really enjoyed the room facing the ocean as that’s where we got to see some amazing sunsets and after a day in the sun when you get a chill in the evening, the balcony was really warm to sit out until way after dark.We we’re pleasantly surprised to find Suoer Scoops ice cream right next door and beside that a Dunkin Donuts where we enjoyed alot of mornings sitting out on their patio.We brought our coffee’s from the resort and would only need to buy breakfast sandwiches.We we’re really able to keep the cost down alot of mornings.Waffle house was on the other side of the resort.When it was open it was packed.Food must of been good but it was so freezing cold in there, we literally couldn’t eat in there.The trolley bus stop is right out from.You can take it to Pier 60 in Clearwater.The bird sanctuary is a must, its free in Indian Shores.Take the free ride bus to the town of passé a grill.Little flea markets down there on wkends.We would definitely stay at this resort again.Lina and girls at the desk go above and beyond 😀

The hotel is conveniently located across from the beach and a few steps away from a trolley pickup making it easy to get around without a car. The rooms are spacious and clean. While in need of some minor updates (new cauk, closet doors) they have everything you need including a sink, microwave, sizeable mini fridge and hairdryer. I would stay here again especially since the price was very reasonable.

The amenities were abysmal. The workout room was outside for the entire hotel to watch. The bar was not an amenity it was never open. Closed whenever they wanted. Lazy Mgr. The floors were dirty 4 of the 6 days we were there. Help needs to better understand English for our needs as customers.

We are a new company and just purchased this hotel, we are not a resort and in process of taking the name resort out of name of hotel. The is open 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday 3pm-9pm or later if guest are at bar. As for our housekeeping they clean very well and just because they don't speak English doesn't mean they cant communicate with you.

The only thing I like was the beach access the street it wasn’t clean when they did clean the room never stocked the bathroom with washcloths or soap had a bar one of the reasons I book it was closed at 5 pm on Saturday never opened Sunday and was closed Monday the whole time we were there staff very unfriendly just not happy with the amount of money definitely not worth it very disappointed

Thank you for the review and we will address all issues. As for the bar we only keep it open 9pm or 10pm normally but if it isn't busy, it gets shut down early and is closed Sundays and Mondays so that staff can have some time off. As for staff I do apologize for the rudeness and will speak with them.
