Imagine yourself poolside, drink in hand, admiring the stunning sunsets that grace this area. The main pool, located next to the private beach on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay, offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind—complete with charming Tiki huts for a true tropical vibe!

Enjoy a game of Tennis or Racquet Ball on the community courts or have a leisurely stroll around the pristine manicured grounds.

After a day of play in the sun or on the water, you can kick back and relax in this tranquil & stylish space.

*Please note- Processing fees for confirmed bookings are non-refundable in the case of cancelation.
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the condo.

Pets are not allowed in this condo for any reason.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

While spending time in the condo or on the balcony please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous.

Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balcony with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return the parking pass and gate key to avoid extra charges ($100 each)

Close to Eckerd College for Family Weekend

I found Traveler's Paradise to be an excellent location for visiting my daughter at Eckerd College. We enjoyed the clean and well-appointed condo and its proximity to Publix, Walmart, St. Pete Beach, and the highway for quickly getting to downtown St. Petersburg. My only regret - we didn't take advantage of the pool and water access right at the complex. I would definitely choose this VRBO again!

It was my second stay at Traveler’s Paradise. The location works well for visiting Eckerd College, and the condo is well appointed for any activities one pursues in the area. You’re minutes away from the beach, downtown St. Pete, and even trapsing to Tampa. I’m sure I’ll stay here again soon.
