Cozy two bedroom plus office home with large front porch in old southeast just two blocks to Lassing Park and the bay. Located just one mile south of downtown St. Petersburg with private parking, it is a quiet oasis close to everything. This cottage is one of three on .35 acres. It is at the front of the property. There is a shared fire pit area and gas grill.

Perfection.
I came with my family for a work/vacation trip at the same time. The house had everything we needed and more. Location is perfect, near downtown. The neighborhood is pretty good too! Tom and John are GREAT hosts. Can’t ask for more, honestly. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous Bungalow in SE
We've stayed in several VRBO's throughout the SE neighborhood. This home was by far our best experience. It was very comfortable, well appointed and in a great local within walking distance to Lansing Park/beach and Old Southeast Market (great for breakfast/coffee and lunch). It is also with in a mile of downtown and all its fab offerings including restaurants, shopping and Publix. I loved the big porches both in front and the back - super comfy furniture with ceiling fans. This is a fabulous property for a couple or small family. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again if we are in the neighborhood! Thank you for a great stay!

Fabulously remodeled cottage
Clean cozy comfortable cottage by day Great pillows, linens and mattress by night. Was in a convenient location close to downtown with great parking. Look forward to staying again in the future
