Dirty, I don’t expect much from a place for the price but this was bad. The towel got stained, eww I don’t use it anyway but I was just using it so my stuff won’t touch the unknown counter. Worn out blanket. There’s a rip on it and it’s not clean. Toilet seats worn out, chipped on the seat. The sink was dirty. As usual I clean before using. Didn’t use towels and blankets. The above

Nice for the price. The light bulbs in the bathroom did not work. I did not feel like calling thbe front desk and waiting for maintenance to show up whenever they wanted. There was a little water on the floor. II think it came from the small refrigerator. I cleaned it up and it was gone in the morning.

The bathroom was in poor condition with mold in the shower, broken ceiling tiles, and stains. The room had a strong, musty odor that made it difficult to feel comfortable. At first glance of the room it looked ok. But once I went inside it was another story. Roaches, mosquitos, you couldn’t see out the window, all the closet/bathroom doors needed paint, Sofa bed was full of mold, the whole property smelled like marijuana. Elevator was hot and smelled bad. Homeless people slept near the parking lot. I didn’t eat the breakfast (cereal and mini muffins) after seeing roaches in the dining area. The only good thing was there was a lot of restaurants in the area. This stay was not worth the price at all! These rooms should cost at max $60 a night.

I love the stay although when it was time to check out after 2 days, the man in the office refused to give me my 100 dollar deposit because one of the towels got a mark on the from the HOTEL pool tables that were cracked and brown junk got on one of the towels ! ALSO there is NO jacuzzi or steam room like the pictures they have posted! Other than that it was a great stay for a beach weekend out of town

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were told they had given us a good room. It was large and roomy with a very old couch and 2 beds. Unfortunately, the room itself was dirty. The bedspread had stains on it and there was hair on the shower wall and floor. The bathroom door had expanded and wouldn’t close all the way while the closet door was too small and had a gap in it. The stairs to the rooms looked unsafe and one was even roped off. I was told by a local to not walk around at night with my family as it was in an unsafe area of town.

The residents at this hotel were very nice. The staff was great for the area. The continental breakfast is only on the weekends which was ok. Expedia doesn't tell you about the $100 deposit that is required to check-in. Expedia says there is a $3 resort fee which they do not collect. Just the $100 deposit. Genuinely wish i knew about that first. The neighborhood isnt great but we felt safe at the hotel. Overall decent experience

While everything about the facility and my stay was great, they hit me with a $100 security deposit that does not get refunded until 3 to 5 business days after checkout. I understand if they feel the need to have that as their policy, but if you’re on a tight budget for the trip, this creates a big inconvenience. Some warning before I booked the room would have been nice.

The room looked like it was thrown together the sheets were even on inside out the dresser n nightstands had damage the drawers had bubbles from water. The phone was filthy, there was no hit tub as advertised or gym or hot breakfast. There was a hole in the exit door by my room so people could get in n yo top it off they asked for a $100 deposit. This place sucks wouldn't want my dog to stay here.

Hotels.com should not even have this property in their site! It is in a very bad neighborhood. The rooms are old and the tv did not work. I called the front desk and the girl who answered the phone tried telling me she was going to charge us a security deposit for each room. It was so late that my workers were so tired so we had no option but to stay. I’m so disappointed that Hotels.com would even have this property available. I’m going to find another site to assist me with hotels. My safety was in jeopardy and that means more to me than how clean or nice the property was.

Extremely poor facilities. The room wasn’t cleaned at all before my visit. There were trash on the ground, they were simply swept under the bed. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There were dirty stains on one of the bed. We couldn’t stay after the first night and got another reservation. I can share proof with pictures. I will also apply for refund.
