Unit #325, recently renovated, is located on the 3rd floor, offering a shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a partial yet enjoyable view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.

Accommodations:
Our king suite offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. It provides a king size bed and a spacious living area of 380 square feet so you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper sofa. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

- Minimum Check In Age: 21 (No exceptions)
- Parking: One parking spot per room; parking pass provided at check in

- Smoking Policy: Effective May 10th, our property will be 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and must be done off-site.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pointe. The Location was perfect! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay at Pelican Pointe again!
