Quaint Bungalow

This craftsman bungalow is as-advertised. Very clean, great communication with the host, awesome porch, 2 mile walk to the Pier, very quiet neighborhood, and easy on-street parking. We would definitely stay again.

Love love love

This was a great home! It was easy to walk in and feel right at home. The home had many basics (tp, trash bags, foil and many toiletries). The neighborhood had a small town feeling.

Great find

Perfect home away from home while in town for a swim meet. Quiet little street and the house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy meals in. Only about 8 min drive to/from the pool. Host was friendly, communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Winter break

This is a lovely Craftsman style home. There was plenty of room for four adults and two teens. The large front porch was very pleasant and a great place to relax after a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet and great for a morning walk. It is also a great location being very close to many attractions.

Go ahead and rent this charming bungalow

We enjoyed the house so much that we ended up spending most of the days on the comfortable porch enjoying the breeze, sunshine and temps in the seventies. Looking forward to renting this home again. Lori was an outstanding host and communicator.

Great Stay

It’s a very nice home and close to downtown. We came for an event at the Rays Stadium and enjoyed the downtown area. Neighborhood is very quiet. Parking is tight but nothing than can’t be easily overcome.

Great for a long weekend!

We had a wonderful experience. Lori was responsive prior to our stay, and the house was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we needed and an easy walk or bike to downtown. We will definitely consider coming here again if we return to St. Pete's.

Comfortable home with well appointed decor and amenities, in a great location. The home was a bit dusty (ceiling fans and vents) would highly recommend this be apart of the home cleaning between guests. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and comfortable

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our family of four. Some nice touches were the pantry staples, many towels/linens, very nice bathrooms, relaxing front porch, expansive yard, and comfortable beds.The only issue we encountered was when we tried to stream a movie. The internet speed caused the movie to pause and reload several times.

Wonderful home away from home

We were so fortunate to be able to book this beautiful home for a last-minute trip to visit family with our 3 year old and 5 month old. The house is impeccably clean and better than the pictures show. It has all of the comforts you need. The neighborhood is great and within a 5-15 minute drive of anything you need, including the Pier and St. Pete Beach. And the beds were soooooo comfortable! We all slept great (when the baby wasn't waking up). We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.

Lovely bungalow

My teen and I stayed here: we were in town for his swim meet at the North Shore pool which was just a 5 minute drive away, very convenient. House was very cute and comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, street parking easily available right in front of the house. Highly recommend.

Great place for respite

I stayed here with my elderly parents and my severely disabled daughter while we visited our family in Florida. We loved the location, so close to many of the places we wanted to visit. It was a great respite after all day activities and it was so easy to come back to an inviting front porch or many of the rooms in the home to relax. it was our pleasure to stay here. We loved this place!!! Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the venue we needed. We loved the front porch with the fans. It’s not too far from the beaches. We will definitely be using this property next year if it’s available. I would recommend it too anyone!!!

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything

Lovely home. Wonderful front porch with plenty of comfortable seating. All the modern conveniences have been updated while maintaining the unique 40s craftsmen period details. Due to Hurricane Helene we had to cut our stay short, but the host stayed in communication start to finish.

Great house

Our experience with Lori was excellent. She was attentive to my questions and flexible with check In/out times. The house is very nice and looks exactly as pictured. Overall stay at this house was wonderful. I felt safe but neighborhood wasn’t walkable after dark in my opinion. That’s the only negative!!

Great Stay, Roomy House in Amazing Neighborhood

House is great -- loved the wraparound front porch. Lots of room. Lori was also a great host -- very communicative, provided a chair for our infant to eat, and also worked with us on an early check-in and late checkout. Also the neighborhood is a prime location and very walkable. Would recommend! A++
