Condo right on the beach!
Ground floor unit with nice heated pool and hot tub, walk right out onto the beautiful sandy beaches of treasure island. Across the street from a Publix grocery store and a liquor store, nearby shopping and restaurants. Great for small families or a couple. There are a few restaurants and bars and an ice cream shop within walking distance of the condo. A nice walking/jogging trail starts at this property and winds along the beach for about a mile going north.
A large inflatable slide (50' tall, buy my estimation) is always parked on the sand right near the condo. Great for kids.
Beach trolley stops across the stress for easy access to everywhere for just a few dollars.
