Amazing ocean facing property, views of sunsets, right on the beach, loads of restaurants and activities nearby, pool, hot tub, generally quiet with only 30 units on the property. Had a great vacation.
Accommodations were very nice, the place was clean and exactly what we needed. Location was great close to restaurants and the beach. Availability to rent umbrella and chairs for a could have hours or all day at a very reasonable rate was a bonus. Water was calm and very peaceful
This was as good as it gets. Right on one of the best beach locations on Treasure Island, convenient to restaurants and activities, clean updated apartment with balcony and views of the ocean, beach and sunsets.
This property was great! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. The grilling area was very nice and clean. The pool and the pool deck were wonderful. We found several things to do and places to eat close by. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. We really enjoyed the view as well!
We stayed at the condo for a girls trip with 4 adults, and it met all of our needs! It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but we knew that when we made the reservation. Beautiful ocean views and a clean space. There’s a grocery store right down the street, so we took advantage of the full kitchen as well.
We come to Treasure Island every year to watch baseball spring training. It's central to several of the parks and when we get back from the day games we can walk to all the restaurants and bars. This is the first time we stayed at this property. It was perfect. Super clean. Great gulf view. No problems at all. We will plan to stay here again next year.
Lovely view, comfortable apartment, good location, generally an outstanding experience. If you plan to cook, the only supply in the kitchen is coffee, so bring everything you need. The kitchen is well supplied with plates etc and has some pots and pans. Perfect for two couples. One room has a view of the bay and the other OC the marina. Excellent supply of beach towels. There is a gas grill available for cooking outside but beware of storms and thunderstorms in the late afternoon.

Check in issues
The property was fine. Convenient location. We didn’t receive check in instructions until we were almost at the property. The instructions told us how to pick up the key, but said we’d have to stop by the office the next day to complete checking in, or our electronic keys would be disabled. Office was closed on Sunday. So we were told we were ok until Monday at 11. Only we were going on a fishing trip Monday and couldn’t stop by. Issue was resolved, but if you’re going to threaten to lock people out, you need to make check in more convenient. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
We recently stayed in Unit 405 as part of our 39th Anniversary celebration. The unit was ideal for our stay, and is accurately depicted in the photographs published in the information about the unit. It is clean and comfortable, and the views from the living room, primary bedroom, and sizable balcony are stellar. Sadly for us, clouds gathered every evening to mar the sunsets, but it was still enjoyable to watch the play of colors in the clouds from the retreating sun.
The Treasure Island boardwalk, which separates the resort property from the beach, is wonderful for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. We walked it all the way to the southern end, but going north, we never made it past Sloppy Joe's. LOL! The covered parking provided ensured we never had to swelter in a hot car when we ventured out to go further than our walking could take us. The large walk-in shower in the front bathroom was wonderful. I only used the tub/shower combination in the primary ensuite one time after my husband raved about the larger shower.
This was our first visit to Treasure Island, but we had such a wonderful time, we will be returning, and we will be staying at Surf Beach Resort -- hopefully in Unit 405 -- when we return. Highly recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff and great amenities! Views from balcony are spectacular and very clean property. Sofa and chair were not comfortable, but the beds were perfect. Only complaint is the furniture.
Great location, right on the beach, great views. Unit was good for our fam of 4. Beds and living room furniture aren’t the most comfortable, but not terrible.
