Beautiful View

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. It was easy to find and parking was wonderful. The condo was super comfortable, we had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. The view every morning was stunning. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice getaway

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and beds comfortable. Need to add microwave cookware amd oven bakeware for those wanting to use the kitchen for meals. Beautiful view!

Problem-free stay. Nice condo for 4 guests. All you may need was there. Entire building is nice and clean. Elevator is really slow. Nice pool area.

Relaxing and refreshing stay!

We've stayed at this location before, but have never stayed on the top/sixth floor. What a great decision! Wonderful beach views and high enough not to hear folks at the pool late at night. This unit is also away from the elevator so we didn't get a lot of noise from people coming and going. Very roomy and comfortable unit with extra amenities. Especially appreciated the shower chair for the front shower to assist with leg shaving! Noticed beach toys in the hall closet for families with younger children and beach chairs, but we didn't take advantage of those. Was able to arrange a late key pick-up on the day of our check-in since we were running late. Easy lockbox access. There was no one at the main desk the first couple of days of our stay, but there is a phone number to call for questions/emergencies. We were able to complete the required paperwork once staff returned. There was a recycle bin in the unit for us to put our recyclable items, but we didn't see any larger bins outside to empty them in and didn't want to just put them in the trash, so we left them in the room for housekeeping. (We thought in the past there had been a large recycle bin in the parking area.) Hope to be able to stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay!!

My son and I stayed here for 9 days. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. StFf was super friendly, whole place was clean, washer / dryer in our room, I mean everything was great!! Walk to the beach was a beautiful walk every day 😊

Vacation from all the stress

The room was fully stocked, everything it said would be there, smelled clean, balcony faced the sunset (beautiful), weather was GREAT (minis the sea fog), hated to leave. Only note I would give a traveler to not drive a large truck or SUV the parking is tight. And if you have problems walking or small children the distance from the condo to the water is about 1/4 of a mile walk, but well worth beauty, the beaches are clean.

Great location- older condo

The location on the beach was excellent- the view and access were amazing. The condo we stayed in was tired. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced and the sheets were scratchy. The water pressure in the showers was pretty low. The pool is open until 11pm and guests gather there and party until 11pm each night. The noise travels right up along with the sound of cars from the street. The unit pretty much shows like the photos.

Hidden Gem on a quiet family beach

This was my second time on treasure island beach, this place was perfect for the price. I was able to lay in the master bedroom and admire the ocean views from my bed. You can sleep with the door open as well and no bugs or critters get in. The unit had all things needed to cook up some nice meals. And lots of Movies if there’s a rainy day! I would definitely stay here again!!! The views are amazing!
