This fully renovated home offers over 2,500 square feet of living space, brand-new designer furnishings, a new kitchen, a stylish bar area, and a pool table hangout room in the garage. The flexible floor plan is perfect for relaxing family time or entertaining, with elegant formal spaces and open living areas showcasing beautiful water views from nearly every room. The gourmet kitchen features marble countertops, a spacious center island, and a breakfast bar. The master suite includes hardwood floors, water views, and an upscale en-suite bath. Off the master is a cozy bunk bed room with a dresser, ideal for kids or guests, although it is not considered a true fifth bedroom due to the absence of a closet. Two additional bedrooms also have hardwood flooring and plenty of natural light. The outdoor space offers an in-ground pool, spacious patio, and magnificent waterfront views, perfect for year-round enjoyment. We had a great month in the

We had a great month in the house. We were at the house for a month and our children and grandchildren visited during that time. Our oldest, 5 & 4, learned to swim across the pool while they were there. We walked to the beach every morning(just 5 minutes away) and had plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert within a 20 minute walk. I highly recommend Florida Beach Rentals and would use their services again if we return to Clearwater Beach for a holiday.
