War alles soweit in Ordnung, wie beschrieben, kein Grund zum klagen. Den Waschraum um Zugang zur Wohnung zu bekommen, musste man suchen. Ab da war alles easy.

Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin! Ich habe mich verbucht… Bei der Buchung war es klar, dass es sich um eine Wohnung handelt und wo sie liegt! Jedoch ist das erste Bild komplett irreführend denn dort kommt ein schönes Bild einer Erdgeschosswohnung zum vorschein mit Terrasse und einen schönen Schlafzimmer. Das war meine Wohnung habe ich gedacht und nicht drauf geachtet, dass ich die Wohnung Nordstrand mit einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten🙈 ohne Balkon gebucht habe. Eine „separate“ Terrasse gehört mit zur Wohnung die unmittelbar neben dem für alle verfügbaren Grillplatz liegt - eigentlich ist es keine separate Terrasse. Die Wohnung verfügt über das nötigste und in den Ecken dürfte einmal gewischt werden. Paar Schrammen ob Tür oder Rost in der Dusche sind zu sehen. Die Hauptstraße neben dem Objekt ist nicht die leiseste. Wäre mir klar gewesen was ich gebucht habe wäre ich zufrieden… Also schaut genau hin was ihr bucht…

Nordstrand
Wohnung ist für 3 Personen zu klein. Die Dusche ist undicht, es gibt außer einem Staubsauger und einem kleinen Handbesen mit Schaufel keine Reinigungsmöglichkeit. Das Schlafsofa für die 3. Person ist ist sehr unbequem und macht nicht gerade den saubersten Eindruck. Der Tisch und die Arbeitsfläche ist aus Echtholz und jede Feuchtigkeit hinterlässt seine Spuren. Hier wären Tischsets eine gute Abhilfe. Es gibt so gut wie keine Ablagefächer, da die Schränke mit Bettwäsche, Kinderbett und Staubsauger belegt sind. Somit seht alles auf dem Boden und dazu muss man das Sofa zum Schlafen ausziehen. Dann wird es richtig eng. Auch hängen die Lampen so tief dass Zusammenstöße mit diesen nicht vermieden werden können. Für 14 Tage kann man aber zurecht kommen wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche stellt. Die Wohnung ist aber schön eingerichtet.

So geht ein entspannter Spätherbst Urlaub mit allem was SPO zu bieten hat! Gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich und für 2 Erwachsene absolut klasse!

Eine Woche pure Erholung
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, alles ist innerhalb weniger Minuten mit den Rad gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
