"I booked this hotel for my parents 23rd anniversary, and they loved it. The location was incredible, less than 10 minutes away from all the big landmarks. They loved how walkable everything was, and noted the cleanliness everywhere, both in the hotel and around the city. The breakfast was actually not free, but they managed to get plates around the end of service free of charge and said it's the best hotel breakfast they've had in years. Of course, the rooms are compact so this would only be ideal for couples or people coming alone, not suitable for families. "

"Very nice hotel. Extremely clean and all the staff was so kind. I was shocked when we arrived to find a kitchen in our room with a full fridge. I didn’t even realize! It is about 8-10 min walk to the Foggy Bottom metro stop. Very safe area. My only complaint was it did get warm in the rooms with no alternative. The hotel is all on one air unit. "

"Really exceptional hotel for the price. We had a beautiful and comfortable corner suite, with great views of leafy Georgetown/Washington DC. We didn't eat in the hotel or use the bar as there is a wide choice of excellent breakfast/brunch and dining options nearby. The free hot drinks in reception in the morning was a nice touch. Staff were polite and welcoming and the facilities well maintained. "
