"The property was fine. It could use a few upgrades though. The sofa bed was very noisy & you could feel the frame through the mattress. We had 6 people only 1 wash rag & 3 towels. I asked the cleaning person in the hallway if we could get more. She didn't seem like she understood English. One elevator went out of service. The other one wasn't working properly. I was skeptical about using it for fear of getting stuck. The people at the front desk were super nice & very helpful."
