"The Gulfport property was spacious, very well decorated and included all of the amenities of home. The available coffee was very nice touch! Extra brownie points goes to Taylor (the owner) for being such a great communicator and accommodating host. Highly recommend this property for short term stays or corporate stays."

"This stay is Very neat and has a lot of potential. The kitchen area gets an A. Unfortunately I would not stay there again and would not recommend for others. The stairs are an absolute safety hazard. This is a slip and fall hazard waiting to happen. The bottom steps 3&5 are angled downward and you could slip if in socks. The kayaks leaked so bad that you constantly had to get out to dump the water. The rest is done so cheap on the inside it’s too much to list. In my opinion VRBO should remove the listing until the stairs are fixed!! I’m not the only one who has complained before. "
