The staff were friendly, welcoming, and got me checked in pretty quickly. The room was very clean. The AC in the hallway was out of order but the one in my room worked perfectly. I’d stay here again for a nice out of the way vacation.

This was a quick stay with kids in a new hotel featuring two clean queen beds and professionally made beds. The front desk staff provided great customer service, though the pool looked a little tiny from the parking lot. We did not use the pool during our visit.

They are renting rooms that have no working A/C. I thought someone left the heater on. They were "sold out" so they didn't put us in another room. The manager was on "vacation". I spoke with someone else in the elevator that had the same experience as us. Another couple I spoke to found their toilet in the shower when they checked in. Their breakfast area is under construction. No hot breakfast as advertised. Had to go to Waffle House. Be sure to call this location before booking and ask if they have hot breakfast and if the A/C is working in all of their rooms. Book at your our risk.

The room was very clean, spacious, and updated.It had everything we needed, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was very convenient, with restaurants, fast food, and stores nearby. Waffle House is also right beside the hotel. The morning-shift front desk employee was very kind and asked about our stay. She also apologized for the housekeeping experience, which I appreciated. The main issue we experienced was with housekeeping on 9/26/26. We left a little after 8:00 AM for my daughter’s swim meet and made sure the room was left in decent condition. The only thing we didn’t have time to clean was some cream that my husband accidentally spilled on the carpet. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned, although it appeared that someone had come in to collect the towels. I called the front desk to ask about it. The night-shift front desk employee explained that the hotel has a different policy and that housekeeping is provided by request because of privacy. I understand and respect the policy, but I was a little confused because housekeeping had entered the room to take the towels. I felt that if they were already in the room, it would have been helpful to at least empty the trash or take care of the basic cleaning. I just cleaned the carpet myself that afternoon. Breakfast was also a little disappointing. We tried to get breakfast before 9:00 AM, but the grab-and-go options were very limited, We checked the dining area as well, but there wasn’t much available.
