"This hotel is really nice. My Room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff at reception were extremely polite, welcoming and very approachable."
"The apartment was great, close to shops, and food. However when l went out for coffee early in the morning the neighbourhood was very dirty and seemed a little sketchy."
"The hotel is a bit tired but the enthusiasm of the staff made all the difference.
The breakfast buffet was first class and I enjoyed using the swimming pool .

"Very well run traditional guest house with friendly and efficient staff and in a good location for St David’s station and the city centre. Decent WiFi and an excellent breakfast with vegan and gluten free options. My single room (12) had a shared bathroom which was fine and there was a sink in my room plus a fan which was useful in the heat. Some quirks with TV reception a bit dodgy, the lamp didn’t seem to work unless I was being thick and the fan may need adjusting to avoid the noisy start but otherwise a great value choice for a night."
"A lovely, characterful hotel to stop over in and would suit a longer stay too.
The staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious! Great location for exploring too!"
"Very lovely stay in Exeter for 2 nights at the start of our Devon/Cornwall trip. Friendly staff! Great spa with a deal for hotel guests. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Right in the middle of everything. We will stay here again without even looking elsewhere if we come back this way. We loved Exeter!"
