"We had no details where to find the property and had to ask in the neighbourhood. Despite advising the owner beforehand exactly when we would arrive nobody was around to let us in. Eventually through speaking to neighbours someone arrived to let us in but said 'we did not know you were coming'!! How could that be? "Staff fab. Room lovely. Loved balcony. Breakfast good. Could have done with extra toilet paper, they didnt add an extra roll when cleaning. Shower slightly grubby looking but was actually a fabolously powerfull shower. Maybe just needs a paint."
