A last minute decision for an overnight on Symi and Pedi beach hotel did not disappoint. Although the hotel was full the staff were friendly, engaging and incredibly helpful. Symi is such a beautiful place to visit. We like Nimborio because it takes us out of the hustle and bustle of the town but is close enough to walk to. Take decent shoes. There are three tavernas and one hotel restaurant near by. The walk into town over the top takes 30 minutes and the longer road ...

Hotel has a free shuttle bus service between hotel and the port but we were not advised. Taxi stand is quite a distance from where the boat docks so we were a bit lost when we arrived. Would have been helpful to know about the shuttle.
