"The condo had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and included basic spices, coffee and filters. The closet was full of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and sand toys. The view from the master bedroom and large balcony was amazing. We were so close to the ocean, we could listen to the ocean all night from our bedroom with the slider doors closed. There’s even binoculars for close ups of the dolphins who made some occasional appearances during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!"

"They stay couldn't have been more perfect! The house was very clean amd everything promised. We had an unexpected issue with the AC. We contacted Fred the maintenance man and he had it resolved in record time. The location was great, pool was clean and refreshing. And the mattresses, wow! There were 8 of us and we slept like babies! I would definitely stay here again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first got their the door code wouldn't work. The #9 stopped working on the door. We called Garden City Realty and the lady was able to help us get in until maintenance could come by and fix it. We had an infant with us and she was very considerate of that with the heat. Maintenance showed up in about 15 mins. He fixed the door panel and set us up a new code. Everything worked perfectly, the air conditioning, hot water, washer/dryer. It did rain in the early mornings and evenings for a couple of days so when that happened the rain water ran into the pool causing it to get dirty and turn green. Maintenance came by 2 days while we were there and cleaned it and put chemicals in, easy fix. Things with the pool is to be expected. The house was in a wonderful location to the beach, very quiet street, great neighbor, we couldn't have had a better stay. Only recommendation I would give would be getting a new vacuum. We wanted to use it for cleaning up sand that the kids would track in and the one at the property didn't hardly work. If you have several kids and adults going I highly recommend staying at Sandy Paws. Also this was the first time taking my Frenchie on vacation, she did wonderful and loved the house as well."

"Five out of five stars and here's why: Hassle free check-in, house was exactly as advertised and very clean. Brian was a very responsive host and communicated very well with us during our stay. The location is perfect, close to many stores and restaurants. The golf carts are great and SO convenient. The community is gated and has amazing amenities, such as kiddie pools, splash pad, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, which were all clean and functioning perfectly. The beach is easily accessible by golfcart or short walk and FREE PARKING- huge bonus! Will definitely be bringing my family back in the future and I highly recommend 2015 Bittern to anyone wanting to enjoy Surfside Beach"
