"No issues, but should be noted that beside lamp/lightbulb were dusty,and did not function properly. Northtower pool was closed during our stay. Southtower pool was under restrictions due to construction on upper floors.Otherwise clean and beautiful, safe area, good information in condo regarding check-in, check-out, restaurant recommendations.Totally enjoyed our stay."

"I love this condo!! So nicely appointed, clean, quiet, and comfy! The owner is a super nice guy, helpful, great communication, which is just a bonus. The location is perfect - a short block from the beach yet feels like a very safe neighborhood, which is the reputation of surfside beach. But maybe my favorite thing is the back porch. The dogs, too, love to sit out there feeling the ocean breeze and saying "hi" to passerbys. Being on the first floor is particularly convenient, too. We'll return to this one!!!"

"This was our second time at this condo. The view is great and anything you need is a short distance away. The place is very comfortable. Love opening the deck door to hear the sound of the waves crashing ashore. We walked on the beach every day."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at a villa in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, United States! The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described if not better.The space was thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were a huge bonus the fitness rooms and pools were great and made the stay even more enjoyable.The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in and communication with the host were seamless and responsive, which made the entire experience even better.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!"

"Amazing beach and gorgeous sunrises!"

"If you are looking for a house that has the bare minimums, this is it. Otherwise, bring everything. Air conditioner had to be worked on twice on day of arrival then in our 2nd day. Refrigerator wasn’t cooling so maintenance had to look at that also. Sinks and showers didn’t drain well and water backed up. House did not look like it had been cleaned. Floors were dirty, silverware drawer and ice maker both had food residue. Literally the only thing that was there that was extra was a toilet paper roll and a travel size bar of soap. No cleaning products, no pantry stables, no nothing. Only thing to clean with was a dirty sponge mop and a small vacuum. Kitchen pans had baked on residue. Beds were very uncomfortable and had cheap mattresses (even the teenagers complained). No extra blankets, or extra cover either. Patios and pool area needed pressure washing and the pool chairs were dry rotting. Pool area lights weren’t working. Overall, for what we paid, we were very disappointed with the house and it’s upkeep and lack of anything AT ALL to make it a “home away from home comfortable “ stay."
