"Lots of parking, breakfast was great for a free one, staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean. Con: if you get a room by an exit expect to smell cigarette smoke since they smoke right out side the door, including the staff. No pool or fitness room. Not a place if you have kids."

"The staff were lovely but the room itself was not great. I had a run/race in Red Deer so I was hoping to get a good nights sleep the night before. The bed had a big lump in the middle of it which made it difficult to sleep on, you heard everything that was happening in the other rooms next to my room and the cleaners or fresheners they used were extremely pungent. I hope they at least replace the beds. It was rough!"

"This hotel should be removed from the hotel app. Pool was shut down lobby was trashed room was atrocious! We feared when we pulled in the parking lot and it looked nothing like the photos on the app. We asked to see the room which took 20 minutes for the front desk, person nice enough, but Not cut out for public customer service. Finally got an elevator that was not mechanically sound. Ended up, walking down the stairs for fear of getting trapped in the elevator. Check the room absolutely horrible. Did not stay. Did not check in. Do not recommend. Again this hotel needs to be taken off the hotels app as an option. Save yourself do not book here."
