Rooms were older and outdated. Bed were lumpy and not comfortable. Coffee machine in room leaked. Clear plastic cups for coffee!! Only 1 coffee packet when there is two people. No coffee even in lobby! Customer service didn’t care. Room card problems. The list goes on! Definitely wouldn’t stay here again!

I paid for two Queen beds online and when i arrived I was given a two double bed room which did not work for myself and my two boys that are over 6 feet tall. When I questioned the man at the front desk, he informed me they were queens, which they are not. After that, there was apparently nothing he could do, he had no rooms with He had no rooms with real queens. He had no rooms to offer me. I could not get a refund. Room was loud and outdated. After phoning, Expedia customer service, I was equally as frustrated as they could not do anything about it. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible experience.
