"This was the worst experience ever, elevator not working, ceiling unfinished and patched, bathroom sink no hot water, room extremely hot even with air conditioner on 60 degrees, experience medical emergency nose bleed due to heat in room, attempted to open the window and it fell off the hedges, staff told my fiancé to turn off water that was running continuously from the bottom of sink"

"The front desk Attendant was the worst customer service!!! A hour and 20 minutes. Arguing with Expedia customer about payment received . Then over charged my credit card.I caught him making a copy my credit card which, I had to cancel the next day. Beware of this location!! "

The lock was missing so they had a piece of wood to use to keep it locked. The coffee maker was missing from our room even though all the coffee items were provided. "
