Everything stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was so clean. The pool and hot tub are AWESOME. I had the suite which had a separate bedroom. There were two TVs in the room, plenty of closet space and space in the other area for relaxing on the couch. The bathroom was great, water pressure ON POINT! This will definitely be my place to stay moving forward!

My stay was actually pretty good— clean, quiet, pleasant staff, basic stuff was fine. The continental breakfast was better than most, mainly because they offered boiled eggs, a source of protein some chains don’t offer. But my main reason for not giving it five stars overall is that the hot water in the shower didn’t get as hot as I personally like it. I’m sure it was fine for many people. But I like it hot, so I had to drop it down a star. Otherwise, not too shabby.

The level of friendliness and excellence started when I walked. I was confused because of the name change! Ella (sp?) at the front desk as well as the owner of the hotel welcomed me as if we were family, they’re absolutely wonderful people!, and our stay continued to get better. Our room was so fresh and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was freshly made. The location was very convenient for is, and we will absolutely stay there the next time we’re in souther MD.

The smell of weed was very strong in the elevator and leading to the entire hallway of the 2nd floor where we stayed. Not really good especially with kids. This was during our 2nd stay here. The 1st stay was great. Even the bedroom and entire bldg smelled good. The 2nd time it was disappointing to have to deal with weed-smelling place to stay. The linens and pillows didn't smell great either. Not sure if they were changed.

The GOOD The Staff was friendly. That's the reason for not providing a Poor rating. The BAD 1. We received no notice that the hotel was changing from CHOICE to HILTON and it was chaotic starting with finding the hotel. 2. Things were not working like the the pool and hot tub were out of order, the sink wasn't draining properly, the hot water was tepid, the phone was not functioning, and the new HVAC fan would turn on automatically with a loud noise when it sensed movement in the room, and could not be adjusted, and the shower head was sticking out of the wall. 3. I asked to speak to the Manager and left a list of my issues but he never contacted me. I finally saw him as I was checking out, and he said he was sorry and appreciated my supplying my comments. I asked him if my bill could be adjusted. His response was Probably not, especially since I booked through Expedia. But he would get back to me. He has not done so.

Hotel recently completely renovated clean brand new everything inside and outside really excellent slim down the breakfast options think that's OK fridge and microwave in the room and the staff was really really accommodating great.
