"Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. "

"I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous 1 star review that they cancel on your reservation moments before you want to check in. This was the exact same situation as the previous reviewer - due to damage to the property there were unable to accommodate. Leaves you stranded to book something else last min.
