"The hotel was all we hoped for on a stopover for our Yorkshire road trip. The food was excellent and the hotel was well situated with good parking and ev charging to top us up on our way. We loved the White Company toiletries."

"Parking across the road was straightforward, lots of space. Little problem with the front door key but there’s obviously a knack to it! We were warned about the stairs, but we managed - carefully. No idea how they got furniture up them. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The location was great for access to shops, pubs and restaurants. We slept well because it was really quiet, the road was only busy at rush hours. Highly recommended by us."

"The hotel used to be a great little stay with friendly staff. It has now been taken over and is staffless. You get text an entry code last minute. No bar no breakfast facilities any more. We will not be staying again. No hot water in the bathroom"

"Lovely house, well equipped and ideally located. Friendly and helpful host. Ample parking. Only points to mention would be a wobbly kitchen table and a quirky and troublesome TV setup but neither would stop us from revisiting. Thanks very much. "

"Plus points; - Fantastic location for exploring Beverley - The room was large, bright and airy. - Bathroom had been recently renovated - Handy car park, albeit very small. Negatives; - One window wouldn't open at all and the other would open but were too heavy for the locks so wouldnt stay open. - Items like the wardrobe, desk and bedside tables had dust on them. - The neighbouring rooms tv was on the wall so we could hear every word, which theu watched until gone midnight, we prefer to be asleep by 10am. - The curtains didn't keep the light out and being on the front meant lots of light flooded in. - Not the fault of the hotel but there is a lot of work going on in the market square immediately outside which started at 7.30/8 each morning. - The breakfast was woefully underpar. Boring, bland and poor quality ingredients. The second morning we opted for the continental which again was boring and bland. "

"The budget inn is just that. A bed and bathroom at a very reasonable price. I got the room with a dou ke and 2 x singles and an en suite bathroom. Paid 70 for 1 nigjt and I cant grumble. If you are visiting on a budget or just looking to crash for the nigjt. I would recommend this inn."
