It's close enough to downtown Durham to keep you able to get out and explore, but far enough away that it's quiet. The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice and I was exceptionally happy for a full size coffee pot instead of a Keurig. If we're ever in the Durham area again we will absolutely look to stay here for our visit. "

"This was the perfect house and location for our two week stay in Durham near our daughter and her family. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood amidst majestic trees. The beds were very comfortable; the living room was very inviting for relaxing, and the dedicated office was perfect when privacy was needed and was also a good over-flow storage room. The house is simply but very thoughtfully decorated and outfitted. Communication with the owner was seamless and friendly. When we needed a new battery for a smoke alarm, Roberto showed up within an hour.We hope to be able stay in the house again in the future when we return for visits! "
