"I wasn’t super impressed with this hotel. The first room I was given had a horrible chemical smell coming from the bathroom. I turned on the fan full throttle, but it didn’t clear if even after running all night. I let the front desk person know in the morning before I left for the day. When I returned, they moved me to a different room because they hadn’t been able to get the engineer to come to their location despite having 8 hours to do so. "The hotel was in a good location. The bed was comfortable. Ample hot water. The reception was not very hospital when we arrived. The duty manager was rather abrupt in letting us know that check in was at 3 pm when we just wanted to leave our luggage as we arrived early. The hotel charged us for our room when it was already prepaid to Expedia 3 months ago. We are still trying to resolve this as no receipt was provided when asked.
