At this time we do not rent from people from the St Louis Metropolitan area. This is in an effort to deter guests from using the space for gatherings
Coming to STL to party is great, just not at our place. Unruly behavior, excessive noise, or drug use will result in you being asked to leave.
To be considerate to the 1st floor guests & our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. We also live next door, so not much gets past us ;-)

Weekend in The Hill

Very nice apartment. Clean and neat, with sufficient supplies. The neighborhood was nice. This apartment was very close to downtown, the Arch, MO Botanical Garden, Zoo, etc. I would stay there again.
