Please empty all trash cans and put trash can to the curb
Please make sure place is put back together, floors sweet and quick vacuum after your stay. We include a cleaning fee for a light cleaning, but that does not cover not cleaning at all during your stay

We chose this property for my mother after her bone marrow transplant at Barnes Jewish Medical Center. She was instructed by her doctors to stay close in case medical care was needed. This was the perfect place for her. Very quiet street, quick access to the hospital and easy to find for family/caregivers (also had regular deer sightings-so peaceful). Josh, the property manager, was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the property. This was home away from home for many weeks and I would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting space for family/friends, convenience and peace & quiet.
