We are dog-friendly only. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking to cover additional cleaning.

Any unauthorized pet, or animal other than a dog, will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking Policy

No smoking is permitted inside the home. A $250 fee will apply if smoking is detected indoors.

Long-Term Stay Policy

For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after reservation confirmation.

Late Check-Out Policy

A $50 fee will be charged for any unapproved late check-outs.

Lost & Found

If you leave something behind and request it to be returned, there is a $25 handling fee, plus shipping costs.
