"A disappointing experience. For my one night stay at this "luxury destination property", I was given a handicap accessible room with a toilet that mostly wouldn't flush. At checkout, I asked the clerk if all the rooms at the hotel were accessible. She replied "No. But when our bookings fill up, we have to use the accesible rooms." It was off season and the hotel was practically deserted. I came away thinking they didn't much care for guests taking advantage of their low season rates and that they went out of their way to provide me with inferior accommodations."

"The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Only problem was no elevator for my disabled husband and no first floor rooms available. That was on me for not double checking that, but we know for next time."
