"Fabulous communication from Mark from start to end. He informed us about everything about the house and including the best of the local area. Lots of information in the house too.
The house.. wonderful. The pictures do not give it justice and it was like a home from home with everything we needed. A great size for our party of 4 adults and a fantastic, huge balcony to look out to sea, and watch the sunrise and sunsets which were beautiful. The house was clean throughout and suited us perfectly. We didn’t use the downstairs shower but the one upstairs was lovely, great pressure and hot! The 2 double beds were comfy and the bedrooms are big with plenty of storage and you can walk out onto the higher balcony. Even though it was chilly outside, the house was very warm and toasty.
If you are looking at it to book, do it! There are a lot of steps so you need to be able to manage those, and no local shop so stock up first! We highly recommend this property. "
"Colin and Liz were just amazing from the minute of booking, through helpful and informative comms, to the check-in process and support throughout our stay. Breakfast was just incredible, great options, prepared with great care with an eye on quality and local produce. Colin and Liz are a fountain of local knowledge and are happy to share recommendations on things to do and places to eat. All in all an awesome stay in a beautifully located guesthouse. Thank you!!"
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The location offered quick and easy access to Looe by car, while still being surrounded by peaceful, beautiful scenery. The apartment itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable.
A special mention to Gemma, who was such a welcoming and helpful host, she really made our stay feel extra special.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a couple of days, and we’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!"
