We booked our August trip in January with ease & had communication from wonderful host Sam from booking point & throughout the stay.The house is at the end of West Looe,as you take the road up to Hannafore. The property immediately overlooks the bus turning area and the fire station, but has stunning views of the river & the bustle of East Looe across the water.The property does not have parking (normal for properties in town) but there is lots of close parking options. The only issue with this is that the unloading and loading of the car became an issue as we upset a resident when stopping in front of the host's father's garage (who lives next door) and suffered an angry interaction from a female wishing to park there. Such a shame as our interactions with the host's dad Phil, were always enjoyable. You also need to ensure you do not block the fire station or bus turning.The property, a townhouse, is up a very short, but steep hill and tucked in the corner with an small porch area with a table and two chairs.The property has clearly been loved during refurbishment and its a lovely hub to base yourself.Each room has a dressing table & stool. Duvets and pillows of good quality and each bed comfortable. *one of the single beds does need tightening up as it squeaked each time occupant moved. Fixtures & fitting are to a high standard, but the glass door for the shower needs extending as water covers the floor when showering.Sam provides a brilliant venue and amenities.
