"We emailed and ask about the pool and where it was located due to having a key in the room and NEVER a response during the whole trip and still not a response to this day! We also felt like after paying a cleaning fee we should not have to wash laundry and do dishes for the maid before leaving! But we will book elsewhere next time. "

"The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Nicely updated and comfy. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the rocks and ocean. Not much of a beach this time of year apparently but the deck made up for that! Had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend!"

"The condo was beautiful and within walking distance to boardwalk. The view was wonderful and beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had and it was a slight one was the parking. You have to park 2 cars deep. So either you are blocking someone else in or they are blocking you in. We were lucky enough to get an older gentleman that stayed at the condo more than he left. so we parked behind him whenever we could however we do like to go to the park, aquarium and to Wilmington for special...

"Cleanliness needs to be improved. We arrived to find a dead cockroach belly up in the bedroom. Trash under the bed. Under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in months. Besides the cleanliness issues, the location was very nice. Right by the beach. Pool was nice. Nice deck. Not too loud."

The washer/dryer helped immensely as we were able to pack less for our three-year-old and ourselves. The proximity to the ocean made it extremely easy to come on and off the beach as needed. The pool right behind the property was our daughter's favorite part. Julie is a wonderfully responsive and helpful host. Stay here! "
